Introduction to Latin America

Assessment:

Students will take notes on their topic. As a finished product, students should either have notes in a form specified by the teacher, or they can take them on the accompanying worksheet.

This is lesson plan is designed for students beginning research on a Latin American country. At the end of the project, students may have:

1) a written report on their Latin American country,
2) visual aids related to the country,
3) evidence (printouts) of correspondence with students in their country

Teachers may wish to add or substitute additional means of assessment.
